In-Store Pickup

Choose to collect your order at our store in Strand:

You’ll receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup.

  3. Delivery or Pickup: Your order will either be delivered to your address or made available for pickup at our store.

Exchange or Return of Goods

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy, here’s what you need to know:

Return Policy

  1. You can return your item within 14 days if it’s in its original condition and packaging.
  2. Items must be fully equipped, including:
    • Original packaging and accessories
    • Receipt or proof of purchase
    • Warranty card (if applicable)
  3. If an item is damaged or defective through no fault of your own, it may still qualify for return or exchange.

Exclusions

Returns will not be accepted if any of the following are missing:

  1. Fully equipped product
  2. Proof of purchase (receipt)
  3. Warranty card
  4. Service department defect description (if applicable)

Refund Timeline

Refunds will be processed within the timeframes set by current legislation.

Can I choose to pick up my order?

Yes! You can collect your order from our store in Strand once notified.

My order hasn't arrived yet. Where is it?

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking information. If you haven’t received your order within the expected timeframe, please check the tracking details or reach out to us with your order number, and we’ll be happy to assist you in locating it.

What if my product is damaged?

Please contact MatzoTech as soon as possible with your order number and details of the damage.

We’ll arrange for a replacement or a refund based on your preference, as long as the item is returned in its original condition. We’re here to help and make it right!

Do you deliver on public holidays?

At MatzoTech, we do not deliver on public holidays. However, we do offer weekend delivery for an additional fee. If you need your order delivered over the weekend, please contact us in advance or let us know at checkout, and we’ll make arrangements for you.

Do you deliver to my postcode?

At MatzoTech, we deliver to the exact address you provide during checkout, so please ensure that all details, including your postcode and delivery address, are correct. Double-checking your information helps us ensure a smooth delivery process. If you're unsure, feel free to contact us, and we'll be happy to assist!

Is next-day delivery available on all orders?

Next-day delivery is available only for items that are in stock and for orders within the Western Cape area. If you're outside this region, please contact us for further delivery options or timeframes.

Do I need to be there to sign for delivery?

Yes, a signature is required upon delivery for all orders. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to sign for the package. If you’re not available, the delivery team may attempt to re-deliver or leave instructions for pickup.
